Premium one-bedroom at the Sheraton Broadway Plantation in Myrtle Beach! Asking $675 for the week; no other fees apply.
Week of July 4th! Check-in Friday July 3rd with check-out Friday July 10th.
This one-bedroom suite has a full-sized kitchen with an oven.This suite comes with a patio or balcony and has a private Jacuzzi. It has a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, sink, and standard kitchen amenities such as a toaster and coffee maker. It also has its own clothes washer and dryer. It sleeps four adults: two on a king-sized bed in the bedroom, and two on a sleeper-sofa in the living room. A fifth person is allowed in the suite, but extra bedding is not provided by the resort.
My cancellation policy: I will offer a full refund if the resort is closed, or if all the pools at the resort are closed, or if the beach at Myrtle Beach is closed.

My additional comments: There are no additional costs for renting this unit, just what you pay to me.
I own a number of timeshares (mostly Sheratons) and rent them out frequently. I ask all of my renters to sign a simple rental agreement. This helps protect both parties. I'd be happy to send a copy of the rental agreement; just let me know if you'd like to see it. I accept personal checks, and also credit cards via PayPal. Please contact me with any questions.
Cleaning: Enhanced cleaning will be performed between each guest. However to avoid housekeepers coming into occupied rooms, daily housekeeping is not available. Information on Sheraton's new cleaning policies is here:https://clean.vistana.com/?cid=intrnl-vistana-covid-19-clean
Amenities: As of today (June 11), the pools and Lazy River are open with social distancing limitations, but Splash Cove water playground is closed. Tubes for the lazy river are not available at this time. The outdoor hot tubs (spas) are open with capacity limits. The BBQ Grills are open with social distancing. Planned activities are currently not available. Also, the movie theater, and sports facilities are currently closed.
