One-bedroom, Sleeps 4, Check-in Saturday, July 18, 2020, with check-out Saturday, July 25, 2020.
My COVID-19 cancellation policy: I will offer a full refund if the resort is closed, or if all the pools at the resort are closed, or if the beach at Myrtle Beach is closed.
This is the Plantation (original) section. It is a stand-alone suite. It has a living/dining/kitchen area that is fully separate from the bedroom. It has a compact kitchen with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, sink, stove w/oven, and standard kitchen amenities such as a toaster and coffee maker. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper-sofa in the living room. This suite has a balcony or patio. It also has a clothes washer and dryer in the suite.

And at Sheraton Broadway Plantation, you'll find yourself at the center of it all, mere blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and just across the street from Broadway at the Beach!"

Amenities: The pools and Lazy River are open with social distancing limitations, but the Splash Cove water playground is closed. Tubes for the lazy river are not available at this time. The outdoor hot tubs (spas) are open with capacity limits. The BBQ Grills are open with social distancing. Planned activities are currently not available. My Additional Comments:
I ask all of my renters to sign a simple rental agreement. This helps protect both parties. I'd be happy to send a copy of the rental agreement; just let me know if you'd like to see it.
