Sheraton Broadway Plantation, 1 bedroom premium unit, annual use.
Buyer's first usage begins on 2013.
All units are updated very nicely!
I have stayed at one of those update units and stunned. Very nice Westin/Sheraton quality.
Maintenance fee has been paid through 2012.
Annual gold plus week, which is week 9-43 and 47.
Buyer pays closing and transfer fee.
