There is a free annual 2 BR week 34 at Sheraton Broadway Plantation on the Facebook page “Marriott Vistana/ Sheraton buy sell and trade owners page” available. Seller says annual MF’s are $1200.00. Buyer pays closing. Seems like a very good deal for an August summer week at the beach. I just closed on my Hawaii unit this week so I reluctantly need to pass on this week. Not at my computer so cannot copy and paste ad, not tech savvy enough.

The group referenced in the OP isn't my group. I do see where you requested to join the group I am a moderator of, but it isn't the same group. I tried searching FB for the group in quotes in the OP, but couldn't find it. Though I know one is out there.

I think that deed backs have cut into the need for many owners to find takers. If you aren't going to make anything anyway, its easiest just to email Vistana and wait for the paperwork to arrive. Get it notarized and sent back and boom, you're out.

Yep, I think that is the case.

I still think it's best to try to give it away first and keep the developer out of it. But that's what's good for me.

I actually did a deedback on a large 1bdrm. Couldn’t find any takers. I was able to give away a small 1bdrm as well. It’s much easier having 2bdrm lockoffs to deal w/.

the unit is not a lockoff as the poster did reply to my DM, also did confirm that Week 34, but floating week, so I believe that would make it the best season possible at least.

Sorry, I only own SDO. We are West Coast and visit family in Arz.
