Im looking to give my timeshare to someone for free. Its a great place, i just don't have the time in my life right now to use it regularly. heres the details

Sheraton Broadway Plantation
Plantation Phase
2 Bedroom Villa
Every Year Usage
Gold Plus Floating Week

Next years maintenance is $955. Units were fully renovated less then 2 years ago. New owner would only have to pay the legal fees, which should be around $125 through LT Transfers. Let me know if you have any questions, id love to see this go to a nice home!!
