Free to a good home: 2BR villa at SBP in the Plantation phase. Every year, floats in the gold season. No lock-off.

2015 has been used - first use is for 2016. Maintenance Fee(s) for 2016: $954.40.

This unit is a great trader in Interval and it has the Starwood preference for all Starwood resorts.

No Starpoints or Staroptions.

Still available. 2016 MF were paid, and the timeshare was deposited with II. So, first available use is in 2017.

Do you get any perks at this resort as an owner vs just trading into it? I have enough trading ability to trade into it and go every year or twice a year if I wanted, but I like the location, I have family nearby, I like the activities etc. I'm a new owner of 3 weeks of resale timeshare that I bought right here on tug. I have the ability to use all three weeks a year and fly there for free because I work in the airline industry. But I do not know if you get any perks at all or preferential treatment as an owner at a resort(resale) over just trading into it. Can anyone tell me that?

The main perk is when you exchange through II you get priority to trade into other starwood properties.

Do you mean you get priority over noon owners into other starwood properties of more desirable weeks i.e.Christmas Easter fourth of July, or some other way? And can you tell me where I could find a list of other starwood properties? Thank you SO much!

When you exchange through II, there is a period of about 20 days where the deposited starwood units are only available to those searching with a starwood deposit. Very high demand weeks like prime holiday weeks are not deposited into II or any other exchange company. More realistically you would be able to get something like an off season 2 br at Harborside Atlantis using a 2 br starwood deposit vs the small one bedroom units that would be available to non starwood exchangers.

There is a starwood forum that lists the properties. A few trade through RCI and II. Most only exchange through II.
