Was wondering if anyone has a 3 Bedroom at Sheraton Broadway or how you get one? Is it just a two BR and a 1 BR that you can combine into a 3BR?
I appreciate the info in advance.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
3 BR are lockoffs (2BR dedicated + 1BR villa) in the Palmetto section. Generally if you want a 3 BR you should book or rent as a 3 BR. If you book a 2BR (dedicated) in the Palmetto section and a 1 BR villa in the Palmetto section, you might be able to get them to give you units that would make up a 3BR unit when you check in or they may give you 2 separate units in separate buildings.

I appreciate the information! I haven’t seen a 3 bedroom for sale at all so I wasn’t sure they actually existed.

They are not common, but I own two of them.
Judy,

If you don’t mind me asking how much are your maintenance fees on a 3BR?

appreciate you responding.

Sure, I just checked. $1,356.22 for 2020. That probably includes a $5 voluntary ARDA fee.

Wow that’s not bad at all (I am paying 1260 for my 2BR Lockoff), if you don’t mind me asking did you find those on the resale market or did you buy direct? I am going to have to keep my eyes out, I would like to grab one if it becomes available.
