Shenandoah Crossing - Gordonsville VA would love to connect with some UDI owners (or maybe even BG points owners) that would like to share their LM opportunities at Shenandoah Crossing - Gordonsville VA. I have owned there in the past and managed UDI ownerships, but the MF going from the 400s to the 2000s over my ownership period was just too much for me and I let them go. PM me please.

I know I've only owned a timeshare for 20 years, and been on TUG for only 15, but I don't understand those acronyms at all. Shenandoah Crossing is a nice property. We own at Massanutten and don't bother trading it because the entire extended family goes down to the resort for a week. I love that area.

Sorry .....
VA = Virginia
UDI = Undivided Interest
BG = BlueGreen
LM = Last Minute
MF = Maintenance Fee
PM = Private Message

An ancient UDI ownership affords the owner the opportunity to make and hold FOUR reservations at any one time.
ONE Red week, TWO Blue and or White weeks, and ONE reservation any season made 45 days or less before check-in. As soon as you check out you can make another reservation of that type so you can churn many reservations in a year with the same MF. They do charge a resort/cleaning fee that amounts to ~$120 a week or less for nightly reservations with each booking.

I'm pretty sure I played at the golf course at this resort about 10 years ago while visiting a friend in the Charlottesville area. It was a fun course to play and I remember it being in decent shape at the time. It appears that the course has been abandoned.

Thank you, DRIless ! It was the UDI and LM that were throwing me. I couldn't help throwing in the humor. I appreciate the glossary!
