Due to the added stress of sheltering at home, I've modified the basic food groups to meet my own requirements. What are your stress relief food groups?

I'm gaining weight as my bored wife bakes cookies and banana breads. I don't think she is baking this stuff for me but our family is no longer coming over to get the cookies and breads so I'm stuck with them on the counter where I can see them. I had some cookies with coffee this morning. Soon after I had another cup of coffee and some banana bread. I need help, lol.

Exactly! It's not easy resisting the freshly baked fudge, caramel rolls, mac nut and white chocolate cookies, and 2 fresh loaves of bread. My winter legs aren't ready for all the biking I'll need to do to compensate.
