Anyone have any experience with this website? I have been trying to get my new 'weeks' owner account set up with the Shell folks (a great customer service representative actually) for over a day now, but their back office tech folks have not been very helpful yet, and until the account is set up and I can see immediate confirmation, I am not willing to pay an MF and make the reservation I want to make. Any Shell management employees out there who can help?
