Does any one owning Kona Coast 1 expect assessment fees?

Is there any way for members of Kona or any other property to know if they will receive a large assessment bill?

Thanks.

Kona Coast had a round of Special assessments

a few years ago, and I think they have done a good job of collecting enough in reserves to keep the resort in good shape.
As a general rule if your dues are low, then at some point you will get hit with a big assessment .

Greg

Kona Coast 1 receiving new roof now

greg, thanks for the comment. I have a call in to owner services on the property and will post what I learn. Exit a Time Share seeks $2.5K to release me from the Shell arrangement and special assessment is part of the equation in making a decision. Walter

Don't do it

Are you trying to get rid of a KCR I week?

You can give it away for free here on the Bargain Board.

Don't pay some company $2500 to due what you ca do yourself.

Greg
