Shell Vacations - Home Club Reservations No Longer Online?

I make only a couple of Shell reservations per year. Today, I was attempting to make a Peacock Suites reservation for slightly more than 12 months out, for a time when there absolutely should be availability. I have west club points and am trying to book a full week, so this is within my home club period.

I got an error message saying this was more than 9 months out and a home club reservation (which I knew) and that I would have to call. I've definitely made home club reservations online before. I prefer online, because its faster, has one less potential place for an error to occur, and has a lower reservation fee. Frustrating that they've changed it.

I tried a couple of different resorts/dates and couldn't get anything to come up. Can anyone else make a home club reservation online?

I don't know what Wyndham did or is doing with their website but this wouldn't be the only thing that is messed up. Right now I can't borrow points for reservations in the express window which I should be able to do. But it's 2020 so maybe Wyndham had a Y2K flashback. Lol.
