Use year from Oct1-Sep29, banking deadline is July

$1700/year maintenance fees, fees always due January. I will pay all 2016 maintenance fees prior to transfer. I will pay transfer fee. There is no loan on these points.

12 month booking window Hawaii, 9 months other shell resorts.

4050 points are permanent deeded points, 2500 points expire in 2049.

I find that I have not been using this timeshare for the past few years. If you do not use the points during a use year you can recover ~$1000 by converting points into prepaid cards for hotel/restaurant/ski, which is what I've been doing.

As an example, you can get a 2 bedroom condo at the Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy for 1 week during peak season for 6250 points.

You can borrow points from the next use year or bank points for 1 year. Points can be transferred into interval international for external exchange.

Plenty of points for very nice resorts. One just needs to go on vacation more than I do!
