Shell vacations and Wyndham

Hi

I was just looking at the marketplace and found a shell listing... MF are low for a 2 bedroom. Any update ad to what the consolidation will be with Wyndham? Will it be worthwhile to pick it up and then transfer it to Wyndham? Wyndham MFS seem pretty high compared to shell (which I find weird). Any comments?

Shell MF are generally found to be high. Are they SVC points or an owned week in a Shell property?

Buying into Shell to get into Wyndham would be a bit risky at this time IMHO. There is a lot of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) getting stirred up by sales right, and I would not lean into it given what has been reported on these pages. The calculus would be a bit different if you were an existing SVC member.
