Shell Points Cost ??? If Bought From The Developer

Does anyone know how much Shell charges nowadays if one buys points direct from Shell? I know they are basically "free " on eBay but I need to know this big number.

Based on the "value" of the underlying properties, my guess would be $3 a point, but you'll probably surprise me that it's more than that.

Looks Like $7 is About Right

I found a few developer sales discussed around TUG and it appears people are paying in the $7 a point range.
