I have multiple Shell Hawaii points accounts that are up for grabs with sellers paying all closing costs.
All accounts are annual usage with October 1st - September 30th use year.
Points from October 2024 are available for the buyer.
Buyers responsible for the 2025 maintenance fees.

Any chance you want to sell one that I can use to trade for Little Sweden stays in Fish Creek, Wisconsin? Shell West, oddly, includes this destination.

Interested in week 52 this Christmas. Do you ever see availability? We have one deed at Little Sweden and I’d like more! Maybe this is a good end-run. I’d at least want to rent another unit for the next three Christmases. Could I choose LS eleven months out?

Are they deeded weeks or floating? What are management fees? We pay $900 for the LS deeded week and it is a great deal.

Yes these points can be used at the Little Sweden resort.
You can reserve in your home club 12 months in advance.
You can reserve other Shell properties 9 months in advance.
So you would have to be at 9 months out to reserve at Little Sweden.
These are not deeded ownerships but a membership certificate instead.
The maintenance fees are about $0.31 per point.

It's better generally to own in the club that allows the booking at 12-13 months out. West Club combine with American club a while ago, probably 3-4 years back, and West Club can book Little Sweden the furthest out. Right now one year from today, 7 nights, lots of units are available at Little Sweden, 4100 points to 6100 points, one-two bedrooms. 9 months out from today, nothing but one penthouse for 8650 points, and one bedrooms.

The points are not cheap. The cost per point for West Club is about .31 in MF's.

Week 52 is 6100 points for a 2 bedroom.

Just FYI. I am giving away Shell West Club and have a post here on TUG. Not to rain on Andrew's parade. He is a good seller.
