After 2+ months of cooking every meal, I'm getting tired of the same ones over and over. For those of you that are watching our carb intake, what are your favorites?

Here are two that I'm not sick of yet!
(love making two batches, left overs in a low carb wrap are great for lunch)

Steak. Bacon. Cheese. Separately, or wrap the steak and cheese in bacon. Enjoy. :)

Yeah....that has been my breakfast for the last week, tired of it. But, I slather it with mayo and sour cream too ;)
(for all you wondering....NO, not really)

Chicken lasagna: thin sliced chicken, ricotta cheese/egg/oregano lasagna stuffing. pound chicken, salt, pepper, sutff it with ricotta mix, roll up and top with spaghetti sauce and bake, add moz cheese last 10 minutes. serve with salad (we cheat and add bread). I make this for us when I make lasagna for kids.

This is a big treat. Once in awhile I order lobster meat from Maine and make Homemade Chunky Lobster salad on a mixed green salad. Just chop it up with chopped tomatoes, scallion and garlic pickles, the amount to your liking and mix it together with your favorite Mayonnaise, just a little. I actually use Follow Your Heart vegenaise made from grape seed oil.
