I have noticed a # rentals for Shadow Ridge(various sites)for at least $2400. Is this the market because Red season includes Spring Break and Music Festivals? I would believe the other DSV I/II properties would be more popular.

Are you asking if $2,400 for Shadow Ridge is high or is it low?

Unfortunately for Palm Desert area, there are a lot of timeshares. Whoever lists it early and not at crazy high prices get the renters.

Yes, is $2400 the average? Just shocked about the price considering the # of hotels, AirBnB and TS in the area.

It all depends on the dates. Coachella and Stagecoach were just in the desert, along with so many different spring break weeks, and all the resorts were jam packed.

Unless the specific week is super high demand it isn't going to rent for $2,400. Even if that is the average someone will come along and email all of them with a much lower offer.
