Shadow Ridge Enclaves non lock off 2 bedroom question

We were in the smaller one bedroom that had a lock off unit. The lockoff unit was a studio with no balcony.
The non-lockoff unit I was shown during my last stay did not have the Deluxe configuration. The second bedroom was a studio. Only one balcony, too.
I'm not positive, but I believe all of the non-lockoffs in the Enclaves have this configuration.

We are at the Enclaves right now and have the two bedroom that is NOT a lock-off. To me, it is just like a 2 Bedroom. There is no no refrig, microware, etc. The bathroom is located in the 2nd bedroom.
