On phone right now with both II and Marriott reps discussing my II account. On II it shows that my 2BR lockoff at Shadow Ridge has 2/6, which locks off into 1/4 and 0/2. I called because I want to make sure that doesn't negatively affect my trading power since the studio actually holds 4, not 2.

II was insisting that max occupancy is 6, despite the Marriott rep confirming the contrary. Now I'm on hold.

Ok, so the II guy had me on hold for 10 min, and then came back and acknowledged the 2/8. Says due to the holiday, my account should reflect accurately by next week.

Shadow Ridge Studios are regular studios with a king size bed and a sofa bed. If you count the 1 bedroom unit as an acommodation for 4 people (1 king size bed and 1 sofabed on the living room), a studio should be the same.

The Enclaves are the only ones that have 2 dedicated bedroom units with 2 queen beds on the guest room. So DSV I.

If you go online, Shadow Ridge and the Enclaves, DSV I and II will show:

*studios 2/4
*1 bed 4/4
*2 bed 6/8

The only exception is the 1bed with limited kitchen at the Enclaves, that will show 2/4.

I think that what was confused was the way you're talking. II simbol for the units includes a large number or letter (e, H, 1, 2, 3 and so on) that indicates how many rooms the unit has. The two small numbers refer to the amont of people that can be accomodate in a unit, private sleeping for the first one and maximum occupancy for the second one.

Well, I guess I'm going to have to call II on this also.

I've never really looked at this too closely before, but our ShadowRidge Villages shows up as follows in II:

2/6 - 2 bedroom/6 capacity
1/4 - 1 bedroom/4 capacity
0/2 - studio/2 capacity

In my case this would limit me when searching with the studio that I can only request for 2 people when it should be 4.

Thanks for the heads up Beefnot.
