This is the first year in a long time that I've deposited with SFX. I'm a gold member and had only one week to deposit. I think I'll use them again in the future, but not enough to justify a Platinum membership. My week gets me an exchange plus a Mexico bonus week and one additional bonus week.
For those of you who are experienced SFX users, I have a question: how do you manage your deposits, your requests, and the use of your bonus weeks so as to get the most lead time and the best value for your deposits and money?

I do it all on their website (not by phone) and print out a hard copy of everything. Just like any other exchange company, the earlier you deposit, and the earlier you put in your requests, the more likely you are to get the exchanges you want.

Lots of good information there! Apparently there is a lot of interest in SFX. Now, I wonder why that could be?

I have used SFX exclusively for 9 years. I have a Platinum membership. I do everything by phone including deposits and all requests.
