In the September 2015 edition of Money magazine under Special Advertising Section; pages 36 - 40 is the longest advertising ad I have ever seen for the solicitation of timeshare in a major magazine in this country.

Is something changing in this industry ?

Didn't get mine yet (I think). If I did, I must have missed it. Will have to check it out when I get home from work.

How ABout II's Magazine

Half the pages are Vacations To Go Ads. II and Vacations to Go must be the same ownership.

They probably took the ad to leverage their name exposure during the golf tournament this week, at the same time the magazine is released.

I saw this ad yesterday. Interesting as the personal finance mags don't usually promote timeshare ownership... I guess they paid them enough and so it makes it alright.. :wall: Everyone has a price.:D

It depends on what "gifts" were offered, like a Visa gift card or 2 tickets to a show.

Ads are big money

I think any magazine that has any ads would accept the ad. They aren't really prompting anything and just wand the advertising money. I don't think they really care one way or another.
