I sent in the rescission letter within the cancellation window just as instructed did certified mail with return receipt.... Tracking shows at my certified mail was delivered to a person however I have not received any update on the return receipt so it seems like USPS messed up and did not do that part for whatever reason. Now I'm stressed because I don't know if they're processing my paperwork. This is just so irritating. I don't know if I should call WorldMark at this point. I have been looking on the forum and saw a lot of comments that say Don't call them. On the contract it says they have 20 days to refund I think I have till December 12th. My letter was delivered on November 22nd. I didn't see them take out the first maintenance fee from my credit card so I am thinking that I'm on the clear since it's due December 1st. However I got an email to go ahead and register my account so it is kind of making me doubt a little bit. Does anyone have any insight on this or do you recommend me calling at this point?
