What are some of your favorite things to do at your local center?

Senior centers offer social activities, educational opportunities,
nutrition programs, noon meals, and recreation, (for people 60
years or older). Some centers have lounges where you can just
sit & talk. I will be sharing some of our experiences & thought it
would be nice to see how many others belong to senior centers.

So far we have been to a Halloween Luncheon & Christmas Party.

I like your current photo.
I will just say I was offended that a local church camp offered a free dinner to senior citizens ages 55 and up. I don't consider myself in that category though I qualify. Next time I see the people who run the camp, I will suggest they just say the meal is for citizens 55+. We are not elderly, and you aren't either.
Other than that, our local senior center (I wish it had a peppier name) only attracts old people, so I won't be going there for two decades yet.
