Dave or David answered an Redweek ad and offered to pay via Paypal. Showed up as ECHECK which clears same day his person checks out of unit. Unit in South FL and he has 305 area code.
Anybody have experience with him buying ts or renting to him/his people?

PM if you rather not post. His guest is inbound for noonish.

Did a TUG search and read the Mixed reviews of the transfer company. Not using a closing company, Pacific Transfer ---- but that is who is drafting ECHECK to me.

Any thoughts?

I would not want to get paid after the fact. On the other hand, if you are renting the unit for *today*, it seems like some chance of getting paid is better than no chance.
