Has anyone dealt with Crossland Pacific? They have made a great offer on having a buyer for my Royal Islander time share. Is this a scam?

There is a simple rule of thumb for any timeshare business offers - if they are charging you ANY kind of up front fee - it's a scam.

After you pay the fee (no matter what they call it) they will sail off into the sunset with your money and you will never hear from them again.
