I have a 2 bedroom lockoff unit at SDO floating 1-52, I just paid the MF for 2017, locked off and deposited both sides to II. I traded the smaller 1 bedroom for a 2 bedroom Marriott's Grande Vista in early August.
Now that I decide to sell it, can I ask the buyer to start the usage in 2018? How can I enforce that? Will they be able to reverse my deposit and trade in II after they get the title? Am I better off selling after using the traded week in August?
