I am a new member looking for advice on finding the best avenue to sell a legacy Oceanfront 1 bdr. Marriott Kauai Beach Club. I own 1 week every year and another week odd year.
Broker fees quoted were $1000 for each week. Estimated value was $6000 for EY and $3500 for EOY. I contacted Marriott Vacation Club resale twice and have not received a response.

I also have two other Marriott weeks that are "enrolled" in the points system but I was told by a broker that they can only be sold for the value of the deed. One has 3300 annual points and the other has 2650 annual points. Is there a resale market for Marriott "enrolled" weeks?

Answering your last question first -- "Is there a resale market for Marriott enrolled weeks?" -- the answer is "no", because enrolled weeks lose their enrollment upon sale. That's why you were told the value of your enrolled weeks is equal to the value of the underlying unit.

I own the same KBC interval as you and I agree with the broker's price estimate and proposed commission.

I own an EOY oceanfront 1 Bedroom in Kauai also and 2 years ago was given a $3,000 selling price so $3,500 is probably about right. I might try seeing if you can sell it yourself for $3000 and see what happens. I paid $4,500 resale about 8-10 years ago.

You can keep contacting Marriott resales. The last two times I did (for another property) the response was they would put me on the list of owners wanting to sell but they are not offering any listing contracts (at my resort) as they have more than enough at this time. My only other options would be to sell on the open market or to deed it back to them for no compensation and usage starting in 2019.
