THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION!

Anyone have any experience with off-season rentals at Emerald Grande in Destin? By "off season," I mean WAY off season. Like, mid-January.

The resort is sold out that week so somebody must be going there. But, that's not the same thing as someone wanting to rent a unit.

There is a big (for the area) trade show in mid January called Winter Guest Fest or something like that.

Thanks! It's across the bridge in Ft. Walton Beach. Maybe I'll hang on to the reservation for a while.
