I'll try to make this as concise as possible. My girlfriend and I live on Kaua'i. We've been taking care of our elderly neighbor for the past 7 or 8 years. Recently he broke his hip and he's in a short term rehab unit before we can get him back to his apartment.
His landlord told us his daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter could stay at his apartment. They flew in last night for two weeks. Today the landlord changed her mind. We're scrambling, trying to find them a place to stay.
We got them put up in a dump of a hotel for three nights. Which is all we could find.
I'm making a desperate plea trying to find them a timeshare week/unit we could rent out. I'm hoping we can find them something. If not we're going to try to do a gofundme to raise money for them to put them up in a pricey hotel.
I'd be willing to buy you dinner for helping us out whenever you happen to come here.
