Would consider DS II, if 2 Bd available.
The DS Villas location in Coachella Valley is the best one for us this trip.
DM w/questions or availability.
Thanks!

You might also want to add/consider DSV1 (next door to DSV2) as well as Westin Desert Willow (about a mile or two away).

Not meant as an offence, but maintenance fees is about $2K for a week, unless someone is stuck with a reservation that can't be used, I don't see how anyone would rent out a week here for $800. A late deposit (split into 2 weeks) into II is worth much more than $800. Redweek has one with check-in on 1/16 for $2.5K.

Not offense taken. Three years ago I suggested to the TUG Crew increasing the maximum asking price to $1000 for the specific reason you've posted here....for many properties these days $800 won't come close to covering maintanance fees, particularly for larger units - those 2bd or 3 bd units. I thought even a sliding scale would work: higher minimum for additional bedrooms (e.g. Max $800 per 1 bed unit, $1000 per two bed, etc). The decision was made at that time to keep the asking price in the $100 - $150/ night range.

My experiences using the site has been most who respond send a DM with a much higher/market level price offering. So essentially, this forum represents an ability to get your wish out there for a unit not found elsewhere. Then, someone who is unable to use their unit at the last minute or two as the ability to recoup a few dollars from lost maintenance fees.

(Sorry for the delayed response. I thought I posted a reply using Tapatalk...doesn't show here for some reason.

If you have II, you maybe able to trade for something on those dates. I see the dates come on now and again.
