Looks like you may be correct. I just looked up what county Sedona is in and it came up with Yavapai. Looks like the county line runs right through there.
I contacted Coconino County recently to see if I can identify the owner of a particular unit/week at Pinon Pointe and the person told me that they don’t record timeshare units that way, so I wouldn’t be able to accomplish it.
If you or anyone else has insights on how to do so I would greatly appreciate it.
Best regards.
Mike
Yeah, not all counties are going to capture the week and unit. Some may capture the legal description and it may be searchable. I do like Orange County Florida as they do capture week and unit in searchable fields, though that data only goes back a few years.I contacted Coconino County recently to see if I can identify the owner of a particular unit/week at Pinon Pointe and the person told me that they don’t record timeshare units that way, so I wouldn’t be able to accomplish it.

Doesn't Pinon Pt have their own internal numbering system for the units? So you have to translate the number on the deed to find the actual physical bldg & unit ?It's possible, but time consuming, may need to go through up to 52 deeds. PM me unit number and week number, I'll try to find it.

Do you have the translation table or logic?
Ah, I finally got it , thanks ! ..I had to go to the 3rd page or so of the attachment to find the diagram with the "unit" numbers as opposed to the "sales unit" numbers which we know and use.Go to this document and view attachment pdf, it has a map with deeded unit numbers. Cross-reference it with the map of sales unit numbers.

You can find links to the recorder for each county at this link;Anyone know how to do the same thing (find an owner of a specific week/unit) for the Highlands Inn? I know it’s Monterey County… not much else.
