Hello all
I'm new to timesharing, and looking to buy into a property that would be a good trader. I read on TUG that location is a very important factor when trading timeshares. Hawaii and the CA coast have both been rated as excellent locations. I have also noticed some very nice properties in Sedona. I expect
Sedona to be popular with families given the proximity to the Grand Canyon and Indian lands. I've also looked at Phoenix but expect this to have less trade value.
What do you experienced timeshare owners say? Especially those with properties on the CA coast or AZ. Thanks for your opinion.
