We recently visited Hilton Head and traded into Seawatch at Island Club and stayed in a direct ocean front building. We have stayed at many places on the island including four of the Marriotts and are owners at Spinnaker Waterside & Bluewater. We loved the ocean access, quieter part of the island and felt the unit we stayed in was well maintained and comfortable. We are even considering buying a resale unit week 34. We have only found units advertised through the management company. We looked at unit 7304 for $7,000. Any feedback? Is this a fair price? Any owners out there with feedback?
