Are there any ts in the Seattle area? Thinking I need to see about renting a week in July for overflow guests. I don’t even know where to start looking.

Within the Seattle metro area, the only one that I am aware of is the WorldMark Canlis. After that, the nearest ones are about a 2-hour drive.

That's the Camlin, though a nice meal at the Canlis would be nice.

Correct - but as of now Canlis only does takeout.

When I need to know what timeshares are in an area, I use the RCI map. True, you need a membership to look at costs/TPUs and availability, but at least it tells you what's in the area.

If you can't get the Camlin there are many studio type motel units available. When I couldn't get the Camlin on bonus time for hospital visits we usually stayed at the Lake Union Courtyard Marriott for a night or two. I know others who stay for weeks and rent a studio with a small kitchenette.

Since you mentioned July, and that is not all that far off time wise, you may really want to consider current events in that area.

There's no reason to be afraid of being in Seattle, whether for vacation or buying/selling a home. You've added that comment in 2 different threads. The hype by some media outlets/politicians doesn't reflect reality. Here's a video of yesterday's march:

And a news story to explain why you think it's scary:

Ah no thanks. Not scared but Seattle is just not a place we would visit now. No courting disaster here. So is all that graffiti and **** 12 made up? The popo didn’t abandon their precinct?

As a side note I reside in East Bay wouldn’t go to Oakland either.

We use to go to Seattle for fun but anymore we seem to only go because its some ones special day or some one is in the hospital. Seattle was alot of fun but then the homeless took over and now some young idealists have taken what was a nice area in the Capitol Hill area and occupied it with not so good results, imo.
