Sears Problem

I buy a lot of clothes on Sears.com for my sons and for presents.

Recently I bought a few hundred dollars worth and got some shipped and pick some up. A bunch of different orders. With the sales prices, discounts, cashback, surprise points etc the prices are reasonable.

The last order took 3 extra days to ship and I had already left by the time the items arrived. Cancelled the order and because I used surprised points that have now since expired to pay for 3/4's of the purchase those will not be returned or other compensation for any of this. Talking to someone on the chat is like talking to a wall. I will call in to speak with someone and get a lot more then 3/4's of the purchase in compensation. Just very frustrating and I will re think shopping at Sears no matter how low the prices are.

My wife goes to Kohl's constantly. Always get those $10.00 certificates. Last time, they took a dollar off an item, 5 off another and so on. It's a nightmare to figure out what you should get back when you return something. Now, she does multiple orders to keep better track if she has to return something. I don't know if this would help with sears or not. But as far as getting your points back it sounds like they took their que fom timeshare people

... it sounds like they took their que from timeshare people.

Sorry to quibble, but I think you meant "cue" not que [sp].

*From the Grammarist.com -- "A cue is (1) a signal prompting an event or action, especially in a performance; and (2) the long stick used to strike the cue ball in billiards and pool. The word also works as a verb meaning give a cue. A queue is... a line of people waiting for something..."

Called the points department and got treble the points back and not expire for a year. I really just wanted them to ship the item to where I now am but apparently that is not possible.

The company has more than a few problems.
