Hi Madge,

I noticed what appeared to be a problem with searches for the British Isles for summer 2007 and have experimented with it a bit. I selected a list of resorts that didn't show up as Points resorts and tried to search by resort number for a Weeks reservation in my RCI Points account. I get the following error:

The resort(s) you entered was not found. If it is an RCI Points resort, please use the Standard Reservation option.List of Resort(s) not found : 0385,0513,0794,0939,2932,3576,4128,4299,6237

Is the search broken?

I was able to duplicate your results. Resort 4299 is not yet available for exchange. That can generate an error message. However, this may also be related to the European version of Points-for-Deposit. I'll check and see what I can find out.

Resort 4299 was in a Presale status last year and it is still not available for exchange. This will cause it to continue generating an error message online.

The other resorts you were searching were affiliated with Points, but there was a glitch causing them not to be recognized by a search in either system. This should be resolved now.
