We just returned from a week at Sea Mist in Mashpee. The resort seems like a hidden gem to me. We had a large one bedroom townhouse with a full kitchen. Mashpee Commons shopping/dining village is just through the trees behind the resort. The area is convenient to Hyannis and Falmouth. A few years ago we stayed at Brewster Green. Brewster is more centrally located, but the South Cape area has a lot to offer, and we really enjoyed it there. I submitted a review today, so it should be available soon.

Why go to the cape if you are not on the OCEAN. Look at Surfside and Captain's Quarters in Falmouth. Oceanfront and Oceanview!

Sheesh. Not everyone is a beach person. Some people actually go to the Cape for other reasons.
Great ..I stayed at Seamist last year as an owner and they did a great job refurbishing. I only wish they would change the laundry facilities as thst flight of stairs in another building isn't convenient.
