Sea Gardens Vs. Ocean Palm

Ocean Palms is the NEWER 10 story building furthest from the beach. Newer, but still around 20 years old now.
Other than Key West building ... the 182,000 points in Prime 2/2 season ... the other buildings are OLD converted to condos motel rooms.
Looking for a 2/2 ... either pay the points and get Ocean Palms or Key West buildings.
If the 2nd BDR is for a person you want to checkout early ... Waterfalls is a good choice ... the lockout unit where the small unit is a bad hotel room with a undercounter refrigerator and a microwave... at least they won't be playing with/running the garbage disposal without water at 3AM (that happened to me ONCE ... I could have killed them ... wanted to know WHAT the switch did near the kitchen sink
).
