Anyone had business with HMS site could you please update your story?
I see only skepticism but NO complaint?

The people who frequent here would not have a "Complaint" since they would not fall for this reptitive scam.
The people who fall for this are already discouraged with a purchase they should not have made, and not likely to stay around a site that encourages the maximization of usage and adding to the portfolio by purchasing in the secondary market
There are hundreds of posts about similar offers from people who have been scammed, that end up in the owner being seperated from their money and still holding their timeshare.
1. The buyer is always willing to pay more than it's worth
2. Immediate payment for some type of service is required
3. The buyer disapears, and the money put up front is applied to some type of advertising or other worthless service.
If you got a poorly worded email saying I will send you a cashiers check for more than the amount please send me the excess via western union you would mark it spam and block that email address.
These type of scammers are asking for their fee up front, offer them two times what they are asking for from the back end and they will hang up - Why because they are not in the business of selling timeshares, they are in the business of scamming owners for inflated listing fees., If they still give you BS reasons why they can't take the money out of the back end keep raising the offer, at no point will they do the transaction being paid from the proceeds, why becuase there is no sale actually pending.
