Does anyone know an attorney in South Carolina that is knowledgeable in the timeshare field?

In the Hilton Head area, Burr Forman McNair LP has done a couple closings for us over the years. Also Daniel Zwerner handled another closing for us. All were on Marriott properties. Not sure of your needs or location, but in our case, it was simple buy/sell circumstance and both offices handled the transactions efficiently.

Also used zwerner for non-Marriott years ago. Would also recommend.

I've used John Wilson for several as well as buying and selling (pending) a Condo. Personally though I'd consider LT transfers, quite a bit cheaper.
