I have had a studio, sleeps 3 for 15 years. RED time floating. Maintenance fee is 525.00 It is a block from state line, across from Embassy Suites and the Heavenly Valley chair lift.I have only traded it in the past, just staying there for bonus weeks, now 65.00/nite. I want to GIVE it away as we just are tired of the RCI, Platinum etc. It costs 230 for all the transfer fees and I paid the 2012 already for some reason the date is 7-8-2012. I would like to get paid for the week, it is transferable. The place is clean and the people are SUPER friendly, always have. It is not fancy, but quiet and a VERY good location. We still like to travel and may consider a trade on the central CA coast.
