If I purchase an EOY unit now, would it be too late to enroll under current fee structure? Is the fee for enrolling an EOY the same as for an annual unit?

You would have had to have made your purchase prior to 6/20/2010 for your week to be eligible to enroll. The only exception to this may be if you buy your week directly from Marriott, otherwise you are out of luck.

Yes, if you purchase now it's too late. Weeks purchased on the external resale market on or after 6/20/10 are not eligible for DC enrollment. As well, Weeks purchased through Resales By Marriott are not eligible either, unless a Trust Points package is purchased at the same time.
