Sad News:Jennifer Hudson's family members found slain

Please say a prayer for Jennifer Hudson, whose mother and brother were found slain in her home in Chicago today, according to Fox TV. This is truly a sad time in the life of a very talented young singer/actress. All I can say is...what is this world coming to? :(

A relative of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson is believed to be one of two people found slain in a South Side home, according to a police source.

According to public records, the home is owned by Darnell Donerson, Jennifer Hudson's mother.

Jennifer Hudson is not injured, her bodyguard told the Tribune before referring all questions to a publicist.

Wow! that movie was so good, I cried 4 times :bawl: .
 
Jennifer's little nephew Julian was found dead in back of the missing SUV, shot multiple times. How could anyone in his right mind do that to an innocent child? :bawl:
 
I don't know how anyone could point a gun at a child, let alone fire. I am very saddened by this news. Domestic violence taken to a very high level.:(
 
Awful news. The only good thing is that they have their person of interest. How tough for the remaining family, though.
 
I was truly devastated yesterday when I found out her nephew was also murdered.

My prayers are with her and the family. As we approach the holiday seasons, it's so hard to deal with the loss of a love one, but to deal with the loss of several is just heartwrenching.
 
For what it's worth, I haven't heard anything yet to indicate that anything that's happened has been because of her being a celebrity.

I'm not sure the same can be said about the tv anchor in Little Rock, where I think the suspicion is her being on tv is what may have lead to her being beaten in her home (and later died because of it).
