Is this an European aviation guidelines only and will this guideline apply to the Americans airline industries flying to Europe?

Ryanair may not fly again even without any "idiotic rules."
I think many of the budget carriers will be in worse shape to fly 1/3 empty than not fly at all or just fold. At some point we are going to have to recalibrate and reanalyze if the "cure" (severe restrictions etc) is worse than the disease. Please note I am NOT downplaying the deaths and suffering that has already occurred-just that we need to look at WHOLE picture and long term end game. If many carriers fold-that is suppliers, mechanics, pilots, flight attendants, gate agents and other airport workers who will be out of a job - on both ends of the destination along with hotels and all the workers with those etc.
