RTU at Wyndam Flagstaff?

So, I've been looking at a TS in Flagstaff and I see one on ebay (actually, there are several). This one says the deed expires in 2022 due to an escape clause??? I have sent a note to the seller. Has anyone else heard of this? Also, are Wyndam and Fairfield Points the same?

I own a fixed week at Wyndham Flagstaff Tanglewood but don't have immediate access to my deed. As I recall, however, there are timeshares that have an expiration date of sorts, that requires that the owners near the time of expiration have to do a reconfirmation of sorts, that they still want to keep the property as a timeshare. I'm butchering the concept from a legalize point of view, but I think that may be what you're dealing with.

Flagstaff is deeded. It may have an end clause that needs owner's vote to continue as Von says.
