You are experiencing buyers remorse because you probably paid a healthy amount for your new timeshare, if you are within your contractual rescission period you might want to think about it. IF you cancelled within the 5 day period, they MUST refund all your money. DON'T let them hoodwink you!!Thanks - we actually did cancel within our 5 day period, but they are saying they do not have to refund our money! We're now just trying to decide whether to avoid all the hassle and keep it or get ready for a huge battle! We have contacted Profeco and followed all the steps that we were told, but they are still resisting giving us a credit!
