We are staying at Westin Lagunamar this year(first Time).
We have always previously stayed at the Royal Sands, and are wondering if we can go and have a drink, and guacamole and chips at the pool bar there?

Everything gets charged to your room ordinarily, but wondered if there was a cash option?

Does anyone know for sure?:ponder:

When you can't produce your member/guest card, you'll probably be asked to leave the property. You must remember that from previous visits, no?

I always had a card, so I never thought about not having one!
Never really paid attention if anyone else was using cash

I was at another resort, but needed to use the business office at the Sands, so I went to the front desk, and explained the situation. They let me check in using my card. About an hour later, I went back to the front desk, checked out, paid the bill and left..perhaps this would be too much trouble for guacamole and chips....but it is possible.

No, we were actually down in Tulum at a little beach resort..But, I did present my personal member's card, from the Caribbean. My wife even went down to the grocery store and bought a few things, at same time..
