I am going to sell one of my Royal Sands weeks but I'm having trouble logging in to the Royal Resorts Website's member's only section. Can someone remind me how much the resort transfer fee is?

Thanks,
Mike

The transfer fee is $135, which is normally paid by the buyer. There is a five page form available on the ISCO web site: http://intervalservicing.com/. Look for it under “English Title Change” once you have logged in on the ISCO site.

Page one is the Title Change Check List, which contains instructions for filling out pages three and four.

Page two is instructions if your unit is currently deposited for exchange or rent.

Pages three and four are the actual Title Change Document. Note: The seller’s signature needs to be notarized.

Page five is the Lost Membership Document.

If you have any questions you can call ISCO at 1-800-930-5050.

We'll miss you!

Thanks!

I paid $135 last year, which is normally paid by the buyer. There is one piece of paper that the buyer and seller fill out. The form is available on the ISCO web site: http://intervalservicing.com/?q=node/68. The seller’s signature needs to be notarized. If you have any questions you can call ISCO at 1-800-930-5050.

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere. I'm only selling one of my two weeks. And I plan on buying another week to go with the one I'm keeping:D
