If u are an owner, I'm sure u received an email from them....Call if u didn't....As it stands now; All folks that have reservations at any of the Royal Resorts family are all being sent to Royal Sands............. (Islander, Cancun, Grand Residence, Haciendas)....Due to low occupancy
